       Oh, Virgil. Your writings are striking. I do truly love them. However, it would be nice if I didn't faint when you read them. As you were reading the Reception of the Aeneid to my brother, Augustus, I became lightheaded. Nevertheless, as I said before, I sincerely care very much for your writings.

         My brother is now emperor of Rome! Subsequent to Caesar's assassination, Rome had no leader and soon broke out into civil war. However, my brother, Octavian, is now dubbed the name "Augustus." I certainly like the way that sounds. I do believe he will be a great leader for Rome. I have no doubts.

       Julius Caesar, my great uncle, has been murdered by the Senate! One of the conspirators is Brutus! Though, I am surprised Brutus, a good friend of Caesar, was a part of this. Although our leader has been dispatched, this means my brother, Octavian, is now able to become emperor! Disregarding that Octavian is my brother, I honestly feel he will do a great job governing Rome.

Be that as it may, I wholeheartedly hope Caesar is at peace.

       My only son, Marcus, has passed away. I am in deep grieving. Antony has left me for Cleopatra and they have children. In whatever way, I am not and will not remarry. I am in too much emotional pain. Marcus was cherished by so many, I would imagine others are mournful. I am hesitant to say I will recover, as I am not likely to.

       Mark Antony and I are arranged to be married in October. The reason for this is because my former and first husband, Gaius Claudius Marcellus Minor, and Antony's former and third wife, Fulvia, have both died. In addition, we are being married in order to secure the uneasy association with my brother, Octavian, and Antony. However, I believe Antony will not be as loyal to me as I will. I suspect he will form or already has a relationship with Cleopatra VII.

However, we do have our very own coin!
